First off, we greatly appreciate every single call, text, or email requesting our cleaning services and we try our very best to deliver on our two core promises of "extreme clean" and "exceptional service". After you receive a quote from us, you will be prompted to either accept or decline. Upon acceptance, you will receive your preference of a call or text to schedule your cleaning appointment. Upon arrival, we will complete a pre-inspection. This inspection serves many purposes, such as checking for existing damage, looking for open windows (or other areas susceptible to water intrusion), and identifying any objects that may need to be moved. Once this is complete, our next step is property protection. We take this step very seriously. We work to ensure electrical outlets are covered and taped, door gaps are covered, and any sensitive vegetation is protected, if applicable. From here, it's time for a meticulous cleaning. To deliver on our "extreme clean" promise, we never look to complete your project as fast as possible. We take the time necessary to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results the first time. To verify your satisfaction, we like to take a post-service lap around the property with you before we wrap up so that a second set of eyes ensures no missed spots. After your cleaning is complete, you will receive an invoice with before and after photos.
